You will be able to submit proof of testing or vaccination, decline a vaccine or preventative treatment, update allergy information, or complete an LTBI questionnaire. This is a secure site, and your information is securely provided only to authorized Employee Health Nurses for the specific purpose of maintaining compliance and tracking.

The Employee Health Tracking application is available for use in any web browser, but works best in Chrome. You may also use a mobile device such as a tablet, or mobile phone to use key features like the camera app for submission of documents to Employee Health for review.
